I started Gray Fox Real Estate in February 2017 because I wanted to add more purpose to my work. Land use has always been a passion of mine. Socially and economically, land conservation benefits our communities, so I created a company that makes donations to land trusts. These annual donations are built into the operating agreement.
I also wanted to create a company that had systems that supported the client. I saw that clients were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service that I provided, and I didn’t want that to be a one-time thing. Every client deserves stellar support, advocacy and respect, communication, and a high level of professionalism. At Gray Fox, we have created a thorough Due Diligence System, and it has worked out very well!
If you like credentials, I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors Green REsource Council and a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. I don’t find these certifications very useful and the information is pretty outdated, unfortunately. Alternatively, I consult attorneys, building scientists, and reliable online resources on a regular basis.
Working style:
I love going on showings. It is my favorite part of my job. It is when I get to see my clients. My other favorite part of this job is analyzing risk and researching the Registry of Deeds. I aim to flush out all of the caveats so that there are no surprises for my clients. I think this is what sets me apart from other brokers.
PERSONAL LIFE
I am married to my high school boyfriend. We have a daughter. We love to hike as a family.

Annually, Gray Fox Real Estate contributes to Equality Maine, Natural Resources Council of Maine, The Maine Audubon Society, Portland Trails, and Royal River Conservation Trust.
I have over 16 years of experience. During that time I have:
brokered over $12 Million in real estate;
purchased, renovated, rented and managed six single-family homes and one apartment;
been the general contractor on six single-family home renovations, and one apartment renovation;
built a new home for investment; and
purchased property at delinquent tax lien auction, under short sale, and during estate sale.
